The details that matter most
- Muhurat time. Write the puja time exactly, for example "Puja at 8:15 am". Guests can arrive a little before.
- Full address and a map pin. New societies and plots often do not show up correctly on maps by name. Share a pin.
- Landmark and parking. "Opposite the society gate, park in the visitor lot" saves many phone calls.
- Bhojan or prasad timing. Most families serve lunch after the havan. Mention it.
- Your phone number. Someone will get lost. Make it easy.

Etiquette notes for the hosts
Invite elders personally. For grandparents and senior relatives, a phone call before the digital invite is still the respectful way. The link then gives them the details.
Keep the guest list for the puja small. A havan in a new flat gets crowded and smoky. Invite close family to the puja and everyone else for lunch or the evening.
Mention gifts gently, or not at all. It is fine to say nothing. If you prefer no gifts, "Your blessings are the only gift we need" is a graceful line.
