My India Aura sells digital goods (PDF cards, MP4 videos, Invite Apps). Once a clean file or live invite link is generated after payment, the order is generally non-refundable.
You may cancel a pending (unpaid) checkout at any time by closing the payment window.
How to request a refund: email connect@myindiaura.com from your checkout email address within 7 days of payment, with your order ID and what went wrong. If payment succeeded but delivery failed due to a technical fault on our side, we will re-deliver or refund at our discretion.
Timeline: approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days (processed via Razorpay).
Chargebacks for delivered digital goods may result in invite links being suspended pending review.
